UGGOA PLAYERS COMPETING ACROSS THE POND!!! Congratulations to UGGOA competitors Ronnie Black, Jon Chaffee, Gary Hallberg, David Ogrin and John Ross for their entry into the Senior Open Championship at Royal Troon Golf Club in Scotland. To follow your favorite UGGOA players, follow the hyper link below. ARIZONA SWING IS A SMOKIN' SUCCESS!!! The UGGOA is very thankful to all the players who helped make the duo of duels in the desert a huge success. Because of the support of all the players the past two weeks, we were able to raise $2500 for Our Guardian Foundation and their programs. Please feel free to visit their website at www.ourguardian.org The tour is excited to be moving to the Mid-West with our Missouri events in Branson and Osage Beach. Branson, MO Readies for the UGGOA!!!!! Registration is now open for Skaggs Classic presented by CenturyTel. We already have 38 Pro-am teams registered and need pros to play in the pro-ams. Please contact Steve Biernacki, Tournament Director, @ 480-688-7707 if you can play in the Monday and Tuesday Pro-ams August 18 and 19.
Bruckner Tames the Eagle!! Greg Bruckner joined Robert Thompson by winning the DSL Eagle Mountain Open and becoming only the second two-time winner of a UGGOA Championship. By edging Tour veteran Jim Ahern by a stroke with a 9-under 204 total, it also marks the second time Bruckner has won in Arizona on Tour. UGGOA Memberships are $200
Member Entries are $550 / Non-Members are $600 / Amateurs are $275 NEW FEE STRUCTURE!!!! After any tournament deadline, the fees will bump $25 for late registration to $575. Anyone who shows up the day of the event to play will be charged an additional $50 making the total $600. This goes for non-members and Amateurs as well. It is imperative that we get you guys signed up sooner rather than later so we can get pairings out in an orderly fashion and we can identify those players who can play in the Pro-am. Thanks in advance for your understanding. All players must file a W-9 with the UGGOA office in order to be paid their prize money in an orderly fashion.
